Multicultural Learning and Support Services (MCLaSS) in Wellington is looking for expressions of interest for an intern to join our governance board. At MCLaSS, we believe that governance should reflect the people we serve, including in age, ethnicity and lived experience. Job Description: The MCLaSS (Multicultural Learning and Support Services) Homework Club for secondary school students is looking for an Arabic speaking teacher aide.
The role would involve helping Arabic speaking students one-on-one to further their English and complete their homework tasks. Individual help is not limited to Arabic speaking students and may extend to other students.
The homework club runs from 4-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school term so the successful candidate would need to be available during those hours (four hours a week).
