What is CLANZ?

CLANZ is an organisation that provides support and networking opportunities for community language schools.

What are the objectives of CLANZ?

to establish a network of community language teachers and schools across New Zealand/Aotearoa
to act as advocates for members on community language issues
to initiate professional development seminars
to provide a forum for discussion
to liaise with other professional and community organisations
to provide input into regional and national issues affecting community language development e.g. government policies

The value of the mother-tongue should not be underestimated.
